For any support issues regarding your account or any other feature on POSMENU please e-mail the support team who will be happy to deal with your enquiry as soon as possible. You can contact the support team on the following e-mail address:

If you would like to promote some products that are not currently on the site, please do let us know. You can e-mail us at productrequest@posmenu.com with details of the products you would like us to feature.

Normal response time for general enquiries is 12 hours and any technical issues involving your account will be dealt with and a response sent out when the issue has been resolved.

If you have lost or forgotten your password you can request a new one by e-mailing the following address and your new password will be sent to the e-mail address used when creating your POSMENU account.

  1. How do I print my poster when I am on the preview page?

    Simply click on "File" and then "Print" and your poster will be ready within minutes.

  2. How do I create more posters once I have printed a poster?

    Click the "Create" button at the top of the screen to start the poster creation process from the beginning.

  3. What do I do if I want to print an A3 sized poster?

    If you do not have your own A3 printer, don't worry! Once you are happy with your poster, click on "save and e-mail for print" and we will send you a glossy A3 poster within three working days, for a cost of only £3 + VAT. This price includes postage and packaging.

  4. When I create another poster, the previous image appears on the template. How can I remove this?

    Do not worry about this, when you select another image the previous one will be removed.

  5. I have tried to create a poster and POSMENU will not let me.

    This is probably because you have not registered with us. Simply click on the “Register” Tab at the top of the page, and fill out the registration form.

    You are then free to create as many posters as you want.

    Alternatively, if you have already registered, you must log in. Go to the Log In Section on the Home Page, and fill out your details.

    You are then free to create as many posters as you want.

  6. I have lost my password. Where do I get it?

    Simply click on lostpassword@posmenu.com and we will send you an e-mail to remind you of your username and password.
